Terms of Service

Welcome to Paradox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paradox platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Eligibility

The platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Paradox and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

Our platform allows you to create, post, share, and store content, including text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the platform.

By creating, posting, sharing, or storing User Content on or through the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

4. Digital Assets

The platform includes digital assets, including but not limited to Paradox Coin (PRDX) and Non-Fungible Truth Fragments (NFTs). These digital assets are subject to the following terms:

  • Digital assets are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world value.
  • We make no guarantees about the future value or utility of any digital assets.
  • Digital assets may be subject to regulatory changes that could affect their availability or functionality.
  • You are responsible for securing your digital assets and private keys.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.
  • Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the platform.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Paradox, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Paradox expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Paradox, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the platform, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
